Each room at Hiawatha is spacious, yet cozy and filled with natural light. Every individual care suite has a private bathroom that is accessible and there is a small kitchenette as well. Hiawatha is full service assisted living facility. We tailor services to individual needs and care is available around the clock.
The services we provide include, but are not limited to, all the following:
- Arranging for medical services and transportation for medical or social service appointments
- Registered nurse on-site and available on-call
- Trained home health aide on-site 24/7
- Therapy services are available from outside agency (physical, occupational, music)
- Showering, bathing, and dressing assistance
- Socialization and activities
- Mobility and transferring assistance
- Medication reminder or administration of medication
- Provide 3 home cooked meals a day that residents can enjoy in the dining halls or their rooms
